Certified Money Orders:
If you are using a money order and are in the USA make sure you ask for an International Money order. Please call our offices first and the customer relations clerk will give you the correct amount for your order.

Check:
Mailing us a check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't send your items until your check is received and your funds have cleared our bank. If you are in Canada, paying by personal check typically delays your order about 7 to 10 days. We will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds. We do not accept personal checks for international orders. Checks are made to the order of ALTRAMED HEALTH PRODUCTS INC.

C.O.D.:
With this option, you will need to provide a certified check or money order (personal checks not accepted and cash is no longer accepted by most carriers). There will also be a $10.00 C.O.D. charge for orders in Canada. We do not accept C.O.D. for international orders.

RETURNS:
For international/domestic orders - please do not send any orders back unless you e-mailed us first. When we confirm your return we will give you shipping details for returning the product back to us and a confirmation number. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. On all orders a 20% restocking fee will apply and shipping charges will not be credited.) Orders that are "returned to sender" by the receiver without a confirmation number will be charged shipping fees to/ from the receivers address and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
